Rather than waiting till you hit rock bottom…

Recognize the signs early.

Here are 3 early signs of impending burnout…


1. You are exhausted.

Physically…

Mentally…

And emotionally…

You’re drained.

As soon as you wake up…

You don’t have the energy to get out of bed…

You just want to lay there…

And you’d prefer to hit the “fast forward” button so the day ends as soon as possible.


2. You’re becoming cynical towards life and work.

You’re starting to doubt not only yourself…

But everyone around you.

You’re becoming distrustful…

And the negative thoughts keep swirling and swirling.

You’re inundated with negative thoughts about others…

As well as negative self-talk.

3. You’re feeling useless.

You’re feeling incompetent…

That everything you do is wrong…

And you’re starting to lose your confidence.

You’re worrying about what other people think of you…

And your self-doubt keeps getting louder.

Awareness is the first step.

And now that you know how to detect those signs…

Interrupt the pattern.

You do this by nurturing your first priority…

YOU.

You deserve to be the best potential version of you.
