Have you ever experienced where…

It is the PRESENT MOMENT.
The present moment is always available to you…
Ready to offer you a moment of pause and peace…
You just have to tap into it.

You have left the present moment.
You have attached to thoughts about the past or the future…
And you aren’t truly living in the present.
