Thanksgiving is coming…are you grateful?

11/20/23

What’s your plan for Thanksgiving?

If you were about to ask me…

I’m spending mine with the people close to my heart ?.

Family, friends, nature, and business…

Looking at these gifts makes me realize how blessed I am.

Thanksgiving is a time to express gratitude…

Share joy…

And appreciate the meaningful connections we’ve forged.

Thanksgiving is a time to pause…

Reflect…

And give thanks for the blessings that enrich our lives.

So why not take a moment to reflect on the collective accomplishments…

The challenges we’ve overcome…

And the bonds we have strengthened between our loved ones and community?

While this holiday is a great reminder to express appreciation by focusing on what you are grateful for and thinking about all the reasons why…

Could you practice thanksgiving every day?

Why not show gratitude when wonderful things happen to you, even if they are minor and tiny?

Even if unpleasant things happen to you…

Be grateful because you will remember how you dealt with them and overcame your obstacles in life.

Gratitude has several benefits…

Including physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Because offering thanks can make you happier, gratitude is strongly and consistently related to greater pleasure.

Gratitude has the power to transform everything…

So, let me take a dose of my own medicine :).

Thank you for being an integral part of our journey.

Your dedication, passion, and unique contributions are the ingredients that make our community flourish.

As we come together in the spirit of Thanksgiving, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to you and your loved ones.

Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, and the joy of shared moments.

Keep in mind to practice thanksgiving every day and to start each day with a grateful heart. ?

Rooting for you,
Jay (grateful for your existence)
