I believe that coaching must be customized to the individual, therefore my approach is to get to know you first then design a program that meets your needs. Each program includes:

I guide you in the creation of a structured and effective meditation practice that enables you to be more present.

Life can be challenging, and the times we’re in right now make it even harder. I give you both formal and informal practices to help manage your emotions and be resilient when times are tough. 

We all have self-awareness, and together we work on how to tap into your awareness more so you can be more focused and to respond rather than react to external stimuli.

There is no greater discover than self-discovery. I guide you to gain insights into how you think, feel, and behave so you can make real transformation in your life.

Many of us fall into patterns of having low self-worth. I teach you how to cultivate compassion for yourself, which then enables you to be more compassionate with others.
